Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Booking

Appointments may be scheduled via link on website or by contacting us directly.

Payments

Payment is required [upon booking unless otherwise noted] and may be made via secure payment links such as: PayPal, credit card, etc.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full. We understand that family life can be unpredictable—please reach out if an emergency arises.

Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or partially completed packages. If you’re unsatisfied with a service, please contact us—we’re committed to making things right.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time

• Participate actively in coaching or consulting work

Minors must have parent or guardian consent to receive services.

We respect your privacy. All sessions are confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm, abuse, or court order). Notes may be kept for internal use but are not shared without your written permission.
